Stress Awareness Month is here, and honestly, it’s the perfect time to take a moment to breathe and check in with ourselves. Stress is something we all deal with, but sometimes it can feel like we’re running on empty. This month, I’m excited to share something I’ve been working on that’s all about bringing a little peace and calm into our lives: 12 bespoke prints I created for Reflection Room Therapy Services, a lovely therapy space in Hartlepool that is growing.
