Turning Pages: The Launch of Our Book Collection

For as long as we’ve been running The Cosy Print Company, people have always asked, “Do you have any book prints?” And our answer was a polite, “Not yet.” Not because we couldn’t, but because we wanted to do it properly, we wanted to know our stuff, have real ideas, and create prints that actually mean something.

So Clare did what any true book lover would do: she disappeared into a pile of novels. Nights stretched long, coffees multiplied, and I learned quickly that being ignored while someone is deep in A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas, Quicksilver by Callie Hart, or Direbound by Sable Sorensen is apparently part of the creative process. At 2 a.m., you’ll find Clare glued to the Kindle App and me rolling my eyes at her late-night obsession. Meanwhile, her sister Anna, who honestly might have read every book ever written didn’t read alongside her, but joined in by throwing ideas around, debating concepts, and offering advice from her encyclopaedic literary brain.

Our first creations in the Book Collection were our take on the classic Penguin Classic book covers their timeless designs that can be personalised with your own colours There's something for everyone and includes The Great Gatsby, War of the Worlds, and Wuthering Heights, because why shouldn’t your walls match your cosy corner perfectly? Once those were done, Clare moved on to the Faerie Smut series (definitely not my thing!), while I mostly sat back, sipping tea, and being gently (or not so gently) dictated to about what to create next. My own reading habits? Let’s just say Katie Price’s Crystal speaks volumes about that. Minimal is my style, yet somehow I got roped into the fun anyway being the creative one. 

Between Clare’s late-night reading marathons, Anna’s whirlwind of ideas, and far too many cups of tea, the Book Collection was born. Every print is hand-picked, inspired by books that spark imagination, capture hearts, and create the perfect cosy corner. And the best part? This is just the beginning! There are more genres to explore, more favourite titles to turn into prints, and plenty of room for classics, biographies, and even LGBT books (coming soon!) on your walls.

We can’t wait for you to dive into the Book Collection, get lost in the pages, and maybe, just maybe, find a print that makes you want to curl up with a book and a cuppa, of course, right in your own cosy corner.
